Overview - AP Range

The Unilift AP, Unilift AP are submersible drainage pumps designed for temporary/portable installation as well as permanent free-standing installation. The single stage pumps are made mostly of stainless steel. All types are available in either single phase or three phase executions.

The number in the type key, e.g. AP12, indicates the spherical particle size that can pass through the pump.

Unilift AP is a single stage pump with either semi open impeller, AP12 or with vortex impeller AP35 and AP50. All Unilift AP pumps are with stainless steel sleeve for cooling during operation. The strainer at the bottom is designed to prevent larger particles from entering the pump. The strainer is clipped on to the pump housing. All Unilift AP pumps can be delivered with or without float switch for automatic or manual operation. Pumps with an ”A” in the type key are equipped with a float switch. 3 phase variants will have an additional starter box connected to the float switch. The outlet is positioned at the top of the pump.

Unilift AP is a single stage pump AP35B, AP50B, with vortex impeller. All Unilift AP pumps are made of stainless steel and with a composite baseplate. The Unilift AP range is designed for submerged operation either freestanding on the base plate or installed on an auto coupling. The base plate is clipped on by means of four clips hidden under the composite ring at top of the pump housing. The ring prevents dirt from sticking to the clips. All Unilift AP pumps can be delivered with or without float switch for automatic or manual operation. Pumps with an ”A” in the type key are equipped with a float switch.

Overview - KP Range

The Unilift KP are submersible drainage pumps suitable for temporary as well as permanent free-standing installation. The pumps are suitable for installation in a collecting tank.

The Unilift KP is a single stage drainage pump with semi open impeller, designed for pumping of drain water and grey wastewater. All Unilift KP are delivered with or without level switch designated as A, AV or M for automatic or manual operation. The Unilift KP-AV variant for narrow pits has included a non-return flap valve for installation in the outlet. The strainer is clipped on to the pump housing.

The Unilift KP. Single-stage, submersible, stainless steel, drainage pump in a robust design with a discharge port placed on top of the pump. The outer casing is made in one piece. The mains cable and the cable of the level switch are combined in one vulcanized and water-tight plug, which is secured to the socket of the hermetically sealed stator housing. The motor can be either a single or three-phase synchronous canned motor with liquid-filled rotor chamber and water-lubricated bearings.

The motor is cooled by the pumped liquid around the motor.

  • Enclosure class: IP 68

  • Insulation class: F

Single phase motors incorporate automatic overload protection which will cut out the motor in case of overload. When cooled to normal temperature, the motor restarts automatically.
