Bio-Bubble Service & Maintenance
All plant owners can choose to enter into a service agreement, which offers a comprehensive maintenance plan managed by an approved-Bubble engineer. This agreement includes emergency coverage for breakdowns when needed, without incurring a call-out fee beyond the standard response charge.

In emergency situations where facility usage may be restricted or pollution risks arise, we aim to respond within 24 hours of a reported issue. However, unlike most systems, each plant has extra capacity that allows for continued operation without affecting facilities or causing pollution discharges, so out-of-hours or weekend responses are typically unnecessary.

Response charges are set at £71.50 per hour, excluding travel costs and time spent on site, with Saturday visits billed at 1.5 times the hourly rate.

The annual service includes maintenance of the compressor, testing aeration distribution inspecting all air hoses, and cleaning all pumps and connections. It also involves testing starters, checking floats, and running thorough diagnostic checks on all functions. Options for sample collection for lab analysis available at an extra cost.

Free telephone support is provided during office hours, but the annual service fee does not cover parts, sample analysis, or tanker expenses.

All our engineers complete a minimum of six months of in-house training and undergo CRB checks for your assurance.
Warranty

All Bio-Bubble installations are guaranteed against faulty components and workmanship for a minimum 12 month period (manufacturers warranty varies) from the date of commissioning which is recorded on the Bio-Bubble completion certificate.

The warranty on the installation covers replacement of failed components and the labour involved to replace the failed component.  Any failures or alarms must be reported to us within 24 hours.  The labour cost attributed to a warranty claim is subject to the installation of the specific Bio-Bubble alarm and monitoring system agreed.  It should be noted that failure of the alarm system supplied under the contract is covered; however; the owner must ensure the alarm system is not disconnected or remains non-operational for durations longer than 24 hours prior to the failure being reported.
